こちらの品は、わたくし中村が
イメージ画をイタリアに送って
商品化してもらった銀座HIKO
限定モデル。

　

実はその前に手掛けた
限定トートバッグは縦型で、
自分でも使用感をチェック
するため長く使用して
おりました。

　

This is a Ginza HIKO exclusive model, designed by me, Nakamura. I sent the concept sketches to Italy for production.

Before this, I had created a limited-edition vertical tote, which I personally used for a long time to test its functionality.

　

　

　

実際使ってみて感じたのは、
「縦型だとお客様によっては
収納しにくいかも」という点。

　

書類などをメインに入れると
出し入れしやすいですが、
ポーチなどを色々入れる場合
下の方に中身が集まりがちで
取り出しに不便な時がある
かもしれない、と。

　

そこで、次に作ったのが
横型でした。

　

　

　

ファイルなどの入れやすさは
そのままに、高さが低い分
小物類の位置も定まり易く
中身が見渡しやすくなり
ました。

　

After using it myself, I realized that a vertical design might not be the most practical for some customers.

While it’s convenient for storing documents, smaller items like pouches tend to gather at the bottom, making them harder to access.

That’s why I designed the next version as a horizontal tote.
It retains the ease of storing files while the lower height helps keep smaller items in place, making the contents more visible and accessible.

The new color is a dessert-inspired bicolor.

　

さて、そんな横トート。
本日ご紹介するお品は、
新しい色の組み合わせで
かつ、新しいパーツが
付属しています。

　

Now, let’s talk about this horizontal tote. Today’s featured model comes in a new color combination and includes an upgraded design with additional features.

　

　

チョコレートブラウンと明るい
ブラウンのバイカラーをセレクト
しました。バッグの重さは僅か
750g。同サイズ感の革の
バッグに比べるとペットボトル
(250～500g)1本ほど軽い
仕上がりです。

　

We chose a bi-color combination of chocolate brown and light brown.

落ち着きのある色合い
ですので紺やグレーなど
ビジネス向けコーディネート
にもしっくりきます。

　

Chocolate brown has a sophisticated tone that pairs seamlessly with business attire, complementing navy and gray effortlessly.

上から見た際に上蓋の
明るいブラウンとハンドルや
トリミングのチョコレートの
コントラストがスイーツの
ようでなんとも楽しい感じ。

上蓋がトートバッグにありがちな
「内部が丸見えになる問題」
も解決をしています。

　

When held, the contrast between the light brown top flap and the chocolate-colored handles and trim creates a delightful, almost dessert-like look.

The top flap also solves the common issue of tote bags being too open, keeping the contents discreet.

　

上蓋を内側に畳んだままでも
マグネット式のホックで上部を
閉じる事が出来ます。　

You can close the top securely with a magnetic clasp, even with the flap folded inward.

　

内側にも一工夫
A thoughtful touch inside as well.

内側は明るいパープル。
片面にはタブレットなどを
入れる事ができる大きめの
ポケット、もう片面には
スマホや名刺入れなどを
それぞれ小分けに収納できる
小さいポケットを３つ付けて
います。
　
決まった場所に決まった物を
入れておけば、さっと中身を
取り出せてストレスフリー。

　

The interior features a bright purple lining. One side has a large pocket for a tablet, while the other side includes three smaller pockets for essentials like a smartphone or business cards.

先日テクノモンスター社が
バッグに使うソフトカーボンの
素材を変更し、従来よりも
少し光沢があり、しっとりと
柔らかな肌触りになりました。

　

TecknoMonster recently updated the soft carbon material used for their bags, giving it a subtle sheen and a smoother, more supple texture than before.

　

　

　

柔らかくなった分、底面には
取り外しができる底板を
別途作成しました。
より軽くお使いになる際には
外して、中身が重い場合
には付けて、と用途に応じ
着脱頂けます。

To complement the softer material, we added a removable base panel. You can take it out for an even lighter feel or keep it in for extra support when carrying heavier items.

　

　

ハンドルは、男性でも肩掛け
出来て、且つ女性が持っても
底面が下に付かない丁度良い
長さに仕上げました。

　

The handles are designed at the perfect length—long enough for men to carry over the shoulder, yet short enough for women to hold without the bottom touching the ground.
