ウール100％の生地もご用意
いたしました。(ウール生地での

This time, in addition to our usual 100% silk fabrics, we also have 100% wool fabric samples for ties available. Please note that pleated ties cannot be made in wool.
They offer a soft, seasonal character and a charm quite different from silk.

バイヤー佐藤と
シルヴィオ氏の交流
今回の催しには、もう一つ
大切な背景がございます。
昨年6月、スタッフ佐藤が
イタリア シチリアにある
シルヴィオ フィオレッロの
本社や工房を訪れて以来、
創業者であるシルヴィオ
フィオレッロ氏と佐藤との
間には少しずつ温かな絆が
育まれてまいりました。
There is also a special story behind this event.
Since Mr. Sato visited Silvio Fiorello’s headquarters and workshop in Sicily last June, a warm bond has gradually grown between him and the founder, Mr. Silvio Fiorello.
去る1月に、フィレンツェで開催
された紳士服の国際見本市
ピッティ ウオモの視察に出かけた
際には、現地で出展中の
シルヴィオ氏やそのファミリーと
再会し、特別にディナーにも
お誘い頂くという嬉しい機会
にも恵まれました。
つい先日には、シルヴィオ氏の
84歳のお誕生日をお祝いする
動画を作成し、Instagramに
投稿したところ、ご本人から喜びの
メッセージが佐藤の元へ直接
届きました。
本社視察しかり、ディナーしかり、
英語が堪能とは言えない二人が
身振り手振りも交えながら互いの
目を見て少しずつ親交を深めて
いったと聞き、わたくしも心温まる
思いがいたしました。
今回の受注会も、そうした交流の
積み重ね、絆の結びつきがあれば
こそ実現した催しの一つです。
When he visited Pitti Uomo in Florence this January, Mr. Sato was reunited with Mr. Silvio Fiorello and his family, and was even kindly invited to dinner.
More recently, after posting a birthday video for Mr. Fiorello’s 84th birthday on Instagram, Mr. Sato received a warm message from him in return.
This event, too, is possible because of those continuing ties.

大きな意味を持っています。
It means a great deal to us to share not only the fabrics themselves, but also the spirit of the maker and the story behind the craftsmanship.
またわたくし自身、銀座HIKOの
代表として、自店で扱う品を
普段からなるべく身に着けたいと
考えておりますが、メンズの品が
大半であるため、これまでは
バッグやマフラーなどに限られて
おりました。
そのような中で、シルヴィオ氏の
お嬢様がご自身用にネクタイを
カスタマイズして楽しまれていると
伺い、
「それなら私も作ってみたい」
と思い、自分用の品をオーダー。

ディナー時にスタッフ佐藤のツイリー
(もちろんシルヴィオフィオレッロ製)を
「ちょっと貸して！」と巻いて下さった
時の様子です。
実際に作ってみるとこれがとても
楽しく、まず生地を選ぶ段階から
普段着ているスーツやジャケットと
生地見本を合わせて「こっちかな、
それともこちら…」と検討。
父やスタッフたちに「どちらが
良いと思う？」と意見を貰ったり
「いや、やっぱり自分で選ぶから
良いんだよな」と思い直したり。
そして出来上がりまでの日々が
とても待ち遠しく、それでいて
とても楽しいものでございました。
As the owner of Ginza HIKO, I have always wanted to wear the pieces we carry myself, but since most are for men, until now that has largely meant bags and scarves.
Then I heard that Mr. Fiorello’s daughter enjoys customizing ties for herself, and I thought, “Why not try one of my own?”
It turned out to be great fun, from choosing the fabric to waiting for the finished piece.
出来上がったネクタイを締め、
背筋を伸ばして店に立ちますと
なんだかいつもより良い仕事が
できるような気がしてくるのが
不思議です。
会合などの場で初めてお会い
する方との会話のきっかけにも
なり、店頭でも
「中村さんのそのネクタイが
素敵だから、同じような雰囲気の
色柄のものが欲しい」
とお声を頂くことがございます。
「ネクタイは男性のもの」、
という概念にとらわれず
自分らしく楽しめる一本を
形にしていけるのもこうした
オーダーメードの魅力の
一つだと感じております。
今回もまた、自分用に数本
お願いしたいと思っております。

Orders are accepted at 15% above the regular retail price.
As these are made-to-order items, full payment is required at the time of order and cancellations cannot be accepted.
We also recommend choosing second and third options, as selected fabrics may occasionally become unavailable due to circumstances on the brand’s side.
